User Data Deletion — ȘoferMentor

ȘoferMentor (“we”, “our”) lets you delete your account and the personal data we store about you. This page explains how to request deletion if you signed in with Facebook, Google, Apple, email, or phone.
Option 1 — Delete in the mobile app (recommended)
- Open the ȘoferMentor app on your phone.
- Go to Profile (Profil).
- Tap Delete Account (Șterge cont).
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and associated app data are permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:
Include:
- Your full name
- The email or phone number on your ȘoferMentor account
- How you signed in (Facebook, Google, Apple, email, etc.)
We process verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
- Learning progress, quiz results, and in-app preferences
- Social sign-in identifiers (Facebook, Google, Apple) linked to your account
- Other personal data stored for your ȘoferMentor account
We may retain minimal records only where required by law (for example billing or fraud-prevention obligations).
Facebook Login users
Deleting your ȘoferMentor account removes the data we store that was obtained through Facebook Login. To remove ȘoferMentor’s access to your Facebook profile separately, you can also go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites and remove ȘoferMentor.
